Introduction

Business park in the centerpoint of southern Finland

Marjamäki business park is located in Lempäälä, Finland, in the direct vicinity of the city of Tampere. About 3.5 million people, in other words appr. 65% of the Finnish population live within 200 km from Marjamäki. The central area of Tampere alone offers about 300.000 potential clients and there are about 30.000 companies within half an hour from Marjamäki. Furthermore, the land area of about 300 hectares in Marjamäki has the capacity of hosting facilities totalling over 500.000 floor square metres.

Excellent location and connections

Connections to Marjamäki area in the junction of the Helsinki-Tampere highway and the road 130 are simply outstanding. Multi-level interchanges targeted at major volumes of traffic are already in place and access to the major Finnish cities is fast and easy: 15 min. to Tampere and a good hour to Helsinki and Turku. Marjamäki already has a completed town plan which enables building of the industrial and business premises as well as major units for trade purposes. Zone planning carried out in co-operation between the relevant authorities and the residents of the area emphasize the needs of the business sector. The environment-friendly plan combines the expectations of the business sector and logistics services with smoothly running traffic arrangements.

No delays for building work

As regards municipal engineering, part of the area is completed and one could start with the building work without a delay. Infrastructure of Hulikankulma and Marjamäki´s centric area are fully completed as regards building technology including roads and streetlights.

Commercial City Ideapark

The Arena

A big, more than 8 hectares large Arena, will arise next to Ideapark.
