The Arena

Lempäälä municipality has made a pre-contract for a real-estate company (Lempäälän Portti Oy) of about 16 hectare premises.
The idea is to create in Marjamäki a large 8 hectare Retail Park Arena.
The Arena will be situated in the northern end of Ideapark, just by the Helsinki-Tampere highway.

The concept of the Arena is to create a true "men´s world" with its car, boat and retail stores.
The idea is to this way widen up the already-existing services supply of Ideapark and
enhance the attraction of the Marjamäki area - this way making it the biggest service provider of the
Nordic countries.

The estimate cost of the Arena is reconed to be about 80 million euros.
